A leading American outdoor retailer with a footprint encompassing over 140 locations was faced with unplanned Application downtime due to Application outages. The Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, the core of their business operations, was encountering daily outages. These outages had a significant impact on business operations, end-user transactions, logistics, and other critical batch flows.
