To ensure that each project we perform is successfully delivered and complete, we employ a seven-step delivery methodology that captures all of the details of your project, from start to finish. Each phase of the process features clearly set milestones that must be met before your project can move forward — ensuring thoroughness and attention to detail every step of the way.

Jim founded Buchanan Technologies as CSSI:  Computer Support Services in 1988, out of his apartment in Valley Ranch, Texas.  CSSI became Buchanan Associates in 2000 and then officially became Buchanan Technologies in 2009.  Jim has used his love of IT and entrepreneurial spirit to establish the successful business Buchanan Technologies is today.  His best asset is his “people matter” personality.  He is the differentiating factor to Buchanan, believing the right way is the only way, and our clients benefit every day.

Stephen has been with Buchanan since September 2000, beginning as a Regional Vice President and now serves as President. He attended Saint Mary’s University and has a BA in Economics and Finance. His strong leadership skills encourages the people of the organization to perform at their highest levels and his strength in process flow drives the operations and delivery side of the business to new heights.

Robert has served as Buchanan’s Chief Financial Officer for 21 years, since November 1994. Robert has strong business acumen and knowledge in both the legal and financial environments and has continued to bring new ideas, processes and cost saving strategies to the organization.

Deepa has been a member of the Buchanan leadership team for 9 years, and has a total of eighteen years of recruitment and resource management experience. She holds a Bachelor degree from York University and has successfully recruited technical and non-technical resources at all levels of an organization, which makes her a phenomenal fit to run the Canadian operations supporting our professional services division.

Regan joined Buchanan in July 2004. She holds a Bachelor degree from the University of Texas, Austin and has 10+ years of experience in professional development. Regan leads the recruitment and hiring in the US and has a passion for ensuring Buchanan hires the best IT professionals to help our clients and internal operations compete in the IT space. She has successfully placed thousands of IT professionals and Subject Matter Experts for Buchanan clients.

Rick has been with Buchanan since 1996 beginning as a Director of Consulting services. Through his strong ability to please clients, complete projects with excellence and grow the business, Rick has taken on multiple roles throughout the growth of Buchanan and leads all Projects and Field work today. His ability to be visionary in his approach, yet detailed in his execution provides a benefit to clients on a day to day basis.

Sean joined Buchanan in October 2005 and has provided strategic leadership and tactical management for the Support Center serving 50,000+ end users. Through his leadership and excellent process orientation, Sean now oversees both Support Center and Managed Services. His strength is people management and client development, and he has a strong proactive mentality to the business and the support of Buchanan clients.
