Buchanan wants our customers to be completely satisfied with the services we provide. If the customer is not happy, Buchanan requests notification in writing, so the problem may be addressed. If Buchanan fails to address the problem within the subsequent 30 days from notification, the customer has the right to provide a 30 day notice of termination. The customer also has the right to request a credit if they are unhappy with the level of service received. All credits must include, in writing, the rationale behind the request and consider the level of effort. The credit request is subject to review and approval by Buchanan’s CEO and Governance team.
