Buchanan was already providing the customer with an IT solution consisting of 24/7 service desk for level 1 support, level 2 onsite resources, and ongoing management and monitoring of their infrastructure including network, Windows and Linux servers, backup and disaster recovery planning, implementation and testing, and project consulting services.
Because the customer had a long-standing partnership with Buchanan Technologies for other IT services, it made sense to turn to Buchanan for support when looking to adopt a cloud solution to help increase business efficiencies and reduce IT-related spend.
Buchanan now supports their Azure environment, including Microsoft 365 licenses, and has provided project consulting services to help them in adopting technologies such as Azure Virtual Machines, Archival, Azure SQL, Identity Management & Security, Project Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Flow, and Power BI.
