The ‘Fractional IT Director’ is designed for small to medium sized enterprises. A Fractional IT Director ensures the proper policies and procedures are in place to successfully support business IT. Up to three organizations share the knowledge and skill of a highly qualified resource. Their role includes evaluating the current state of the environment, provide transitional support to improve where needed, developing and implementing the policies, procedures, tools and resources for an efficiently run IT organization, and provide periodic audits to ensure the processes and procedures are correctly followed.
