Utopia Network Management System is a Linux browser - based network monitoring tool that monitors any SNMP device. The system provides users with availability management and capacity management services. It also interfaces with CTS Service Center to automatically create service tickets when thresholds are reached or create tickets and send pages when a system is down or unreachable.

Utopia can be up and running in hours, not days or weeks. Simply attach Utopia to your network and initiate the auto discovery tool. Any SNMP enabled device or any device using DNS will be discovered. You decide what to monitor - and Utopia automatically begins capturing and analyzing information.
