People. Process. Technology.
Buchanan Technologies recognizes that every customer has a variety of needs and that multiple relationships promote a stronger business relationship. Buchanan introduced the TRIAD Methodology in 2005 to our business environment to help promote a stronger business partnership with clients by focusing on three core business areas. The TRIAD Methodology recognizes that each of us have unique talents and strengths, utilizes every strength and skill-set, and combines each customer contact with others that have uniquely different strengths. Each of our customers are assigned a TRIAD which can sense and adapt to their business needs through three vital areas: People, Process, Technology. When we combine forces, we are more effective supporting our customers and their changing needs. These three people work together as team to understand the following information for each customer: PEOPLE MEMBER This member is charged with continuously managing the relationships with customers, identifying their needs and responding to those needs with resources.
PROCESS MEMBER This member is responsible for SOW creation and delivery, project management as required, and ensuring the team meets their deliverables on time and on budget.
TECHNOLOGY MEMBER This member is charged with exploring, understanding, and presenting Information Technology solutions that help clients meet their corporate productivity, profitability and competitiveness goals.
Both customers and employees have experienced an improved level of service and satisfaction through the extensive knowledge and service of our TRIAD Methodology.
"The Triad gives us an opportunity to reach out to our customers from a multi-faceted, strength perspective. The team concept of the Triad embodies the elements of trust, teamwork, and collaboration that ensures seamless delivery of our services to our clients." - Stephen Shipp, TRIAD Participant | ||
