Buchanan Associates announced today the completion of its legal name change to “Buchanan Technologies, Inc”. The name change more closely reflects Buchanan’s core strength of helping customers solve business challenges through the use of high-level and low-cost information technology. The announced name alteration to Buchanan Technologies comes on the heels of a recently announced merger with PEQ Services + Solutions, Inc., a leading IT Managed Services Provider. The merger brings Buchanan Technologies annual revenue to $60M and enhances Buchanan’s IT service capabilities, industry expertise and service that they already offer to their clients. With 500 employees worldwide in seven offices and time zones, Buchanan Technologies continues to search for further opportunities to expand their global IT service offerings.
