Jim BuchananPresident and CEOJim Buchanan founded Buchanan Technologies in 1988 addressing the growing need for Information Technology services in an emerging marketplace. Since starting the business, he has grown the organization to over 400 consultants and has transformed the company into an international services provider. Jim participates and contributes to Vistage International, the largest CEO mentoring group focused on helping executives increase quality and value in their organizations. He has been nominated for several business awards, including the Dallas Business Journal's CEO of the Year and Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year. Jim was born and raised in Ohio, moving to Dallas in 1983. Prior to founding Buchanan Technologies, he held positions in technical support and managed a local center for a national training organization. Jim currently resides in Coppell, Texas. In his spare time, he enjoys sailing, riding his Harley and playing his guitar. | |

Stephen SweettPresident of Canada OperationsStephen Sweett has been a member of Buchanan Technologies executive team for the past nine years. During that time he has been an instrumental part of Buchanan's growth in the North American marketplace. Stephen is responsible for guiding Buchanan's consulting and sales operations in Canada and the Northeastern United States. He is an accomplished Information Technology Consulting executive with a successful track record in directing the growth and development of consulting organizations. Stephen is a highly motivated leader with an open and aggressive style supported by a wealth of industry knowledge that has helped organizations enhance their operations through the effective use of technology. Stephen started Buchanan's Application Development Center and continues to oversee its growth with expanding near and off shore capabilities in Toronto and Sofia. Stephen came to Buchanan Technologies in 2000 as part of the Software Spectrum acquisition. At Software Spectrum Stephen was the consulting practice manager and was responsible for the growth and development of their Canadian consulting business. Stephen holds both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from Saint Mary's University in Nova Scotia. Stephen resides in Oakville, Ontario, with his wife, and three children. He is an avid supporter of amateur sport in Ontario and remains actively involved as a coach for local minor hockey and youth soccer associations. |

Sally DixonDallas Regional Vice PresidentSally Dixon, Regional Vice President, joined Buchanan Technologies in 1996 and is committed to building viable and trusting customer relationships. She believes strongly in mentoring her leadership team and the cultivation of junior associates to encompass customer expectations. Sally currently manages Buchanan's largest regional office in Grapevine, Texas. Her efforts to expand Buchanan Technologies offices into Europe will provide Buchanan clients with a sound 24X7 helpdesk operation. Her rich and diversified background includes proven results in business development, business strategic planning and financial and operational management. Challenged with providing executive leadership, mentoring and guidance, Sally has proven her ability to deliver strong and sustained results to grow BA's revenues to $50 MM annually. With leadership encompassing over 15 years of experience in IT business development and strategic planning, Sally has the capability to change and transition architecture with the insight to engineer and execute strategic vision into a tactical success. Prior to joining Buchanan Technologies, Sally began her career in software sales at Delphi a software company delivering solutions to the insurance industry. She progressed from being a top performer in driving company revenues to taking on leadership roles within the organization. Sally currently resides in Southlake, Texas, with her husband, son and daughter. Sally participates in Vistage International; a leading executive mentoring group, focused on assisting executives to take their companies to the next level. She is also an active supporter for several non-profited organizations including Safe Haven Tarrant County. |

Robert VenableChief Financial OfficerRobert Venable is Senior Vice President, Finance for Buchanan Technologies, an IT Consulting Firm delivering transformational services through the technical leadership, innovation and knowledge capital of our people. Robert's management style allows him to build relationships with our employees through support and encouragement to help them achieve their goals. In his current position, he is responsible for managing the finance department while maintaining trusting client relationships that align with our core values. During his fourteen years with the company, he has assisted in key acquisitions that have increased Buchanan Technologies' revenue and service offerings to nearly $50 MM. Prior to joining Buchanan Technologies in 1994, Robert held an executive financial position with AG Hill and Company. He graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 1984, with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. Robert resides in Grapevine, Texas, with his wife and sons. |

Paul CyrVice President, ControllerPaul joined Buchanan in early 2007 and began making immediate positive impacts on the management reporting of financial results. Paul improved the delivery time and accuracy of financial statements to all operating units providing much better insight into operations. In order to do that, he automated a number of previously manual processes that delayed the monthly financial closes. The complete conversion from Traverse Accounting to Great Plains as our core financial platform occurred shortly thereafter. This was critical in linking our project accounting system (TABS) with our financial accounting platform. After completing this "heavy-lifting", Paul then focused on adding value to our employees, customers and vendors. The automation and direct-depositing of our employee expense reimbursements was a very visible project he directed. Similar improvements to our billing system have reduced the amount of time our clients take to pay us allowing us to pay vendors faster. As we have become a more global corporation, Paul's efforts have been instrumental in developing a world-class reporting and compliance structure for Buchanan Technologies. Paul has assembled a team of professionals that provide our company a great foundation to build upon. His continual search for process improvements will create additional value and deliver even greater competitive advantages for Buchanan. |

Roger EdwardsVice President of Automotive and Field Service DeliveryRoger Edwards is the Vice President of Automotive and Field Service Delivery. Roger contributes 13 years of Automotive Industry IT experience, and a combined 26 years of service delivery & management experience. Roger leads the Buchanan field service delivery teams and project implementations, and he serves as the primary account manager for the automotive dealer relationships. Roger previously served two terms as president of the Cape Fear Sales & Marketing Executives Association (SMEI). |
