Grapevine, TX - “Community Matters” is one of the four values that matter most to Buchanan. For 2011, Buchanan Technologies has adopted a local nursing home to donate and help in any way possible for the year. The facility chosen was Woodridge Nursing and Rehabilitation center of Grapevine, TX. Since January 2011, Buchanan has already volunteered at many of the daily activities with the residents, as well as provided snacks and prizes. In May, Buchanan also donated an entire set of patio furniture, with a new propane grill for the residents to use during the summer and fall. Other projects are in the works for the remainder of the year. More updates are to come. This nursing home has 126 beds making the facility larger than the Texas state average of 108.81.
