| In the past, automated testing has been applied with minimal exposure or control. Compiled batch files were launched behind the scenes and offered primitive reports and very little insight into what was being tested and when. Buchanan Technologies' Automated Testing System (ATS) allows users to control and view results from multiple automated laboratories.
Wanting deeper insight into our testing environments, Buchanan Technologies developed an application which communicates with multiple automated labs and allows any user to perform specific tests and view results. Any user can login securely and run a specific set of scripts and upon completion, receive an email containing a PDF file detailing every step tested. The Automated Testing System was built with strong focus on simplifying the many rich features that it offers. FEATURES
The Automated Testing System communicates with the same Microsoft SQL tables as the scripting environments. When we add new scripts into the ATS, you have the ability to login and create batches, or groups of scripts. When you schedule a batch to run, the laboratory receives the command and begins running all scripts in them. Upon completion of all scripts in the batch, you receive an email with details of all tests.
