7th Annual Tech Titan/Titan Fast 50 Awards Gala and Ceremony Honors Jim Buchanan

The Metroplex Technology Business Council (MTBC), the largest technology trade organization in Texas, honored Jim Buchanan as one of the top three finalists for CEO of the Year at the 7th annual Tech Titan/Titan Fast 50 Awards gala and ceremony Saturday, September 29, 2007 at the InterContinental Dallas Hotel in Dallas. The celebration recognized outstanding information technology companies and individuals in the North Texas area who have made contributions during the past year locally as well as to the technology industry overall.

ABOUT MTBC AND TECH TITANS:

Founded in 1994 by MCI, Nortel Networks, Fujitsu, and Rockwell International, the Metroplex Technology Business Council (MTBC) is non-profit 501(c)(6) organization. Membership in the MTBC consists of technology members (80 percent of membership) and provider members (20 percent of membership). Membership is open to all technology companies in the Metroplex. The Tech Titans awards were launched in 2001 by the DFW Metroplex Technology Business Council (MTBC), North Texas’ most comprehensive organization supporting technology.
