Buchanan Associates Acquires ISIS Technology Group

Buchanan Associates announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Austin, Texas-based ISIS Technology Group (ISISTG). ISIS has built a strong business model as the preferred provider of professional services for the Dell | Oracle alliance. As such, they have long been the subject of acquisition speculation. The transaction by Buchanan Associates culminates several months of fruitful discussions between the parties.
"Putting this partnership together was a major first-quarter focus for the acquisition team." said Bill Haggard, Regional Vice President of Buchanan Associates. "ISIS gives us immediate access to a tier-1 customer base, provides us a base of operations in the burgeoning Austin market and adds tremendous depth to our Oracle consulting capabilities."
All ISIS employees were retained under terms of the agreement and Lety Duran, President of ISIS, will remain with the company as Vice President of Oracle Practices. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
